Retreat Facilitation

I help design and lead team retreats that blend strategic planning, somatic practices, and reflective exercises to clarify visions and strengthen connections.
Together, we’ll create an agenda that balances head and heart, turning insight into action. Retreats can be half-day or multi-day, in person or virtual.

What is a meeting with SixOneFive Oracles like?
Each conversation starts with a short grounding practice to co-create a space of connection, coherence, and trust.
Conversations flow between practical ideas and action items to grow and shift your business, and the beliefs, emotions, and fears that could be holding you back.
During each each meeting I take notes. Afterwards, I email you a written recap.
I ask that, for each meeting, you are in a quiet and private place that allows you to be fully present, able to take notes, and join with your video on if we are meeting online.
